If this sounds like you

You’re changing the world. So why is no one hearing about it?

“Who am I to speak on this?”

You know your field deeply, but you hold back because you don’t feel senior enough to share it.

“Why does she get invited?”

The speaking invites and board seats go to the women people already know. That’s a visibility problem, online and offline.

“My work is too technical for LinkedIn.”

You don’t know how to explain climate, policy or impact work in a way that funders and hiring teams want to read.

Who's teaching

Hi, I'm Sana.

I’m a geoscientist. I started my career in the energy transition, working on geothermal and carbon capture.

Then I saw something nobody warns you about: climate careers are fragile. So many of them depend on funding and grants, and when the money moves, the work and the people doing it can disappear overnight.

The women who kept getting opportunities weren’t always the most qualified. They were the ones people already knew. So I built my own visibility on LinkedIn, and it brought me a paid speaking gig, a high-ticket client and a podcast invite.

Now I help women in social impact and sustainability do the same, so your career doesn’t depend on one grant, one employer or one lucky introduction.

My greatest evidence was growth. I’m well over 1k followers now and that was since I positioned properly. I was on 700 or 800 when we held the class.

I had inbound leads. I finally landed calls with 2 founders and connected with over 15 who have an interest in my work.

I met people who sent me connection requests and messages saying they love my mission and are inspired by my work.

Everything from her delivery to the materials felt like she’s been doing this forever. The workshop was practical, focused, and well-paced.

Clear, actionable tips for tightening my profile, crafting an impact-driven headline, and building a targeted network.

I also connected with like-minded clean-tech women from around the world.

I especially liked the one-on-one feedback I received about creating a banner and making it specific to what I’m looking for rather than just a picture.

As a woman of colour in the climate space, it definitely gave me key tips on what I can do to stand out more in my online professional portfolios.

If you have the greatest achievements and most novel ideas and you can’t tell the story, no one knows about them.

I was lucky to learn with and from Sana about how to tell stories, how to make sense of LinkedIn, and how to connect and relate with others on this journey.

It was that much more valuable to share this space with other brilliant women, working on what they believe in, against all odds.

Every live session is recorded, so you can watch the replay and access the recordings whenever you need them.
